Click and collect is a hybrid retail fulfilment service allowing customers to purchase products online — via website or app — and pick them up at a designated physical location, such as an studio event space, a market stall, mobile studio venue, or other pre-arranged curbside collection point, rather than having them delivered.
This form of delivery blends e-commerce convenience with immediate, free, or lower-cost, in-person retrieval.

Making Your Order
Please choose your items carefully.
Once you have purchased from our studio webstore, the studio returns policy comes into effect. This means and includes, items purchased will not be refunded unless manufacturally defective at the time of click and collect hand over.
Every care goes into inspecting each item purchased to ensure that premium stock is received by the customer on each click and collect occasion.
Once the customer takes possession of their click and collect purchase, the studio and its e-commerce store no longer has responsibility for the customer's treatment, use or interactive outcomes with their purchased item.
Click And Collect Processing, Fulfillment And Collection Policy

Order Confirmation & Readiness: Customers receive a notification (email or SMS) once their order has been picked, packed, and is officially ready for pickup.

Proof of Purchase: Unless the customer is a recognised member of a Studio Group, customers are required to present their order confirmation email/text and valid ID to collect their items.

Third Party Collection: Representatives of the customer to collect on their behalf is possible pending pre-arrangements being made with the studio beforehand. Proof of Purchase policy for the customer is still required to be fulfilled by their third party at time of collection. As does the full terms and conditions of the Click And Collect Processing, Fulfilment and Collection Policy.

Collection Timeframe: Items will be held for the customer for 7 days before the order is cancelled and items are returned to stock. It is up to the customer to monitor this time frame, as the studio will not be issuing reminder calls, emails or text about expiring collection timeframes.

Non Collection Of Orders: Should the customer not be able to collect their order within the designated timeframe, the studio is reasonable and can negotiate under special circumstances to a more agreeable timeframe if given forewarning ahead of time.

Change Of Mind On Click And Collect Orders: Refunds will not be tendered for change of mind purchases. Should the customer decide not to collect their purchase, the customer forfeits the full purchase amount value as a non-collection fee to cover the administration costs incurred to manage their purchase and click and collect arrangement, and the uncollected item will be returned to stock.

Delivery can remain as an option for a customer if they are unable to Click and Collect their purchase as originally planned. Contact with the Studio e-commerce team will be necessary to action that option and the customer is aware that the postage and handling costs will be applied on top of the original purchase so as to make that option possible in its completion. This option is only valid within the original 7 days timeline for collection. Once this timeframe expires, it becomes a matter of Non Collection Of Orders.

It is therefore very important that the customer keeps in contact with the Studio if circumstances have changed or require adjusting. Responsibility for purchase made as a Click And Collect through the studio, is upon the customer to complete.

- The studio will not be providing free Click And Collect courier like delivery to business or personal home addresses.
- Collection will be conducted with an badged representative of the studio at a clearly marked bannered station at the designated point of collection as specified in the email/sms.
