Drop Shipping
Please choose your items carefully.
Once you have purchased from our drop shipping supplier, they become responsible for the goods sold to you.
Every effort has been made to ensure that what is listed, is what you will receive from our brand and at the best prices we can offer in the current global market.
If you find that there is an listing error or a misprint with what you have bought from them, please refer the matter to the drop shipping supplier first.
Then please report feedback and suggestions through the contact section of this website so that we may be able to have your full experience information in context for efficiently improving our quality of service and products to you.
We value customer satisfaction, including our availability for the reporting of issues that needs addressing for us to make any changes or updates to content that is listed on any of the drop shipping stores our items are linked to.
For any and all enquiries of concern, please contact us.
Shipping & Handling
All of our AAACS instore products (non drop shipped products) are sent to you by dispatch and delivery of Australia Post (and where appropriate, courier or freight).
Every item is carefully inspected by hand before manually placed into appropriate durable delivery packaging before being sent to you.
Shipping is measured by the postage and handling costs you see in your cart summary when finalising your purchase.
Despite our strict quality control in reflection of our returns policy with Australian consumer law, sometimes accidents do happen with damaged or missing packages during transit.
However such outcomes are not the responsibility of the store once your package leaves our premises and placed into the transit care of the delivery company entrusted with handling the delivery to your doorstep.
If you are not sure, always add transit insurance to your order so that any potential financial loss is redeemable with the company involved. Tracking will be provided inclusive of your purchase orders.
In the event that on the rare instance your package does arrive damaged or becomes late or lost, it is recommended that contact with the involved Delivery Service be made immediately for investigative and resolutionary action to your concern.
For anything else, including enquiries regarding personalised delivery requirements, please contact us.
