As the community of Penola and The Coonawarra are well aware, when the twilight blankets the district in a gentle embrace, the evening sky bursts into life with a constellation of stars; each twinkle reminiscent of a child's laughter and dreams.

This piece was special for me to complete.

It had a certain unique energy about it and unlike the others I have done so far, the complexity of drills made it more time consuming, but yet all the more worthwhile seeing it when stepping back to appraise it as done.

I have lost count how many times that I have progressed with this piece with the track 'Children' by Robert Miles filling the studio with inspirational sound.

Collaboratively, this made it for a very deep and personal experience during creativity. It gave way for some very profound and meaningful self insights about the nature of human childhood, the companionship of loyal and ever loving pets as the energy of a world of wonder encapsulates itself around anyone who takes the time to embrace the magic of twilight.
