Facebook Entry:
We have a update on the painting.
Well it seems I was under the weather the past week but I hadn't realised it, because the line between chronic illness as normal and seasonal illness as normal is a very thin blurry line for someone like me! When I broke a fever last night I suddenly regained all my bunny energy this morning and finally had the energy to set loose on the canvas.
This next layer took under 5 minutes. While the layers are being built up upon each other, it takes a while, because although the drying time of the acrylic really isnt that long in the scheme of things, it does mean bursts of waiting in between. (Perfect for the neurodivergent work tasking management needed for maintaining natural regulation!)
So for a few days my brain was musing what shape this painting was going to take, and the next 3 or 4 layers are now clarified for me. If you like dreamy mystical backgrounds, then this is one that may appeal.

The Facebook entry summed it all at this point I think.
Personal Reflection:
If ever there was a more humility inducing experience to be had right now, it is realising during illness, the spatial consciousness is calling the shots during the creative experience, and now making it more clear than ever where a natural direction for personal development in mastering those wild tendencies into more autonomous disciplines is necessary.
For days, (as outlined in Stage 4 - phase 1) I was pushing myself to exert my creative drives but felt blocked and choked, and thinking there was something wrong with me, all it was, was the divine protecting me against myself by forcing me to slow down and heal enough to handle the energies again.
I should have just stayed in bed with my Toblerone and binge watched my favourite Stallone movies. Because, any other time, I would be wondering when I would have time to take such indulgences, what with all the creative energies Im processing at the moment...
Gaaaaahhhhhhh!!!
